KENNETH P. KOURY'S BIOGRAPHY PAGE

Kenneth P. Koury earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from U.C.L.A. in 1980 majoring in both Political Science and Sociology. After further studies in graduate school, he began his law school studies and received a Juris Doctorate from University of La Verne in 1985 and, since that time, has been engaged in private practice specializing in civil litigation. He also practices Bankruptcy and Immigration law. He speaks Japanese and has an international clientele.

Mr. Koury has extensive litigation experience, including civil jury trials in both Municipal and Superior Court. He has represented a wide variety of clients, both corporate and individual, in litigation matters. He also has extensive experience handling cases at the appellate level.

Mr. Koury is a member of the State Bar of California and of the California State Bar Litigation Section. In addition to being admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, Mr. Koury is one of the few attorneys in the state admitted to practice in all four Federal Court Districts within the State, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In his spare time Mr. Koury is an internationally known MonopolyŽ player, having competed as a player and coach at the national and international tournament levels for a number of years. He enjoys corresponding with fellow players via E-mail, and often plays socially with some of the top players in the country. He resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife and daughter
